On 11-12 June, Luxembourg School of Business held a workshop entitled "Developing and Managing a Social Engagement Strategy", led by LSB Professor - Marcus Collins.

Marcus Collins is the Executive Director of Translation LLC, an advertising agency in New York, US, and founder/head of their Social Engagement practice which delivers work for clients like Google, McDonalds, Coca-Cola, Statefarm, Budweiser, etc...

For two days, diverse group of participants tackled the topic of how to build strategies which leverage the power of consumer networks, environment/context and technology, in order to turn your customers into your brand's ambassadors.
